If you need to make any changes, you can manage your booking anytime prior to 48 hours before your appointment through your confirmation link.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our wonderful clients and stylists, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 48 hours you will be charged a $50 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of your full service amount. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

Any adjustments that need to be made to a service from sunbeam studio need to be discussed within 2 weeks of the service date. Any adjustments outside of the two week time frame will be considered a new service and charged accordingly. We appreciate your understanding!
