Hi, I’m April, a master hair colorist and the founder of Sunbeam Studio in Louisville, Colorado. I specialize in lived-in color, balayage, highlighting, dimensional brunettes, reds, modern grey blending and transformative color. No color is complete without a great haircut, and I love creating the perfect shape to complement my client’s look.

I am extremely passionate about staying on top of the newest hair techniques and trends, progressing my artistry through continuing advanced education amongst the world’s leading beauty professionals. I pride myself in helping clients feel and look their best by keeping their look up-to-date and fresh.

I enjoy connecting with my clients and getting to know their dream hair goals so I can bring them to life. I am dedicated to mastering my craft, and believe that everyone deserves to step into their greatness and truly shine.

As the founder and educator of Sunbeam Studio, I strive to bring the joy of higher learning to stylists, propelling the beauty industry forward and raising the standard for personalized, lived-in hair color. Sunbeam Studio also serves as an educational hub and host salon for seasoned educators and stylists to expand their technique and skillset.

I am a Colorado native and when I am not at the hair salon I love spending time with my family and friends. You will find us as at live shows dancing, traveling the world to new and exciting destinations, or hiking to the top of the nearest mountain. I love adventure, nature and all things music.

Anna Sinnickson

Hello! My name is Anna, and I am SO happy to have you in my chair.

I am a dimensional brunette and blonde lived in color specialist as well as an expert in long hair cuts. I love creating personalized looks for my clients, enhancing their natural hair color with bold or subtle dimension. I pride myself on going above and beyond to make sure my clients feel like their most confident and beautiful versions of themselves when they leave my chair. I have been a stylist since 2018, receiving my cosmetology license from the Aveda Institute of Denver, and have since taken advanced education in coloring.

My client's hair health is very important to me. As a Colorado native, I am an expert on how to keep your hair hydrated, healthy, and happy in this dry climate. My goal is for you to feel taken care of and refreshed by the end of our time together- whether you want to chat or sit quietly, just let me know what you prefer.

On my days off you will find me hanging out with my husband and golden retriever Sammie (who you may have met at the salon) We love relaxing and enjoying the beautiful things Colorado has to offer, including the restaurant scene as we are both major foodies.

Kenzie West

Hi, my name is Kenzie and I am excited to welcome you to my chair! Since graduating from the Aveda Institute in 2016 I have been passionately helping women feel empowered in who they are and confident in how they look. I believe our hair is like our crown and should be treated as such. When working with me you can confidently trust that your hair is respected and handled with care. 

I love creating low maintenance, lived-in color, blondes, brunettes and grey blending to enhance your natural beauty while also giving you back time in your life to spend doing what you love. I also love adding volume weft hair extensions to add fullness to your hair so you can feel confident without your hair feeling weighed down and unmanageable. Since getting certified in Hand Tied Extensions and furthering my education, I have been on a mission to create safe, beautiful installs to provide you with the most comfortable wear. 

When I’m not in the salon I am spending time with friends, family or my boyfriend either trying new restaurants, or traveling! I love exercising, spending time in the sun and margaritas on a patio!

Hey there, beautiful! I’m Carissa and I’m devoted to making your hair dreams a reality. Behind the chair, I specialize in creating low-maintenance dimensional color for blondes, brunettes, as well as offering beaded extensions that effortlessly elevate your look and boost your confidence. With three hand-tied certificates and a Master of Balayage certification, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client's unique style journey. My passion for continued education ensures that I stay on top of the latest techniques and trends, guaranteeing you a cutting-edge experience every time you sit in my chair.

When I'm not busy in the salon, you can find me soaking up quality time with my family, exploring the great outdoors, or cozied up watching a movie. I believe that balance is key to a fulfilling life, and I draw inspiration from nature and cherished moments with loved ones.

Hi, I’m Ella! I have been with Sunbeam Studio since the beginning. I pride myself in my customer service and sharing beautiful branding with our clients. I also offer permanent jewelry services in the salon!

When I’m not at the salon you can find me in the mountains with my Bernese Mountain Dog, Gus or trying new restaurants in Denver.

I can’t wait to meet you; whether it be through our social media, at the events I’ve planned, or in the salon getting permanent jewelry!
