Our 39-week apprenticeship program at Sunbeam Studio is designed for newly licensed stylists who want to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and a successful career behind the chair at Sunbeam Studio. This hands-on program gives emerging stylists the opportunity to learn directly from our owner, April, while gaining real salon experience.
Throughout the program, apprentices build confidence on the salon floor while developing advanced techniques, consultation skills, and the client experience that defines the Sunbeam approach. With mentorship, guided education, and daily exposure to a thriving salon environment, apprentices leave the program prepared to step fully into their careers with a strong foundation and a refined skill set.
