At Sunbeam Studio we require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. If you wish to cancel or adjust a preexisting appointment, please do so through our online booking system or contact our salon. Our salon requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within the 48 hour window you will be charged a $50 penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or “no call no shows” will be charged 50% of the full service amount. Clients with a history of late cancellations or “no call no shows” will be required to pay 50% of the service amount as a booking deposit for future appointments.

To ensure your stylist can deliver the best service possible and stay on time for other scheduled appointments, we ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes past your appointment time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a missed appointment and must be rescheduled.

Any adjustments that need to be made to a service from Sunbeam Studio need to be discussed within 2 weeks of the service date. Any adjustments outside of the two week time frame will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.

Due to the intimate nature of our space, we kindly ask that clients do not bring additional guests with them to their appointments. This helps us maintain a relaxing atmosphere and ensures that our space remains comfortable for everyone. For children’s haircuts, we request that only one parent or guardian accompanies the child. Please refrain from bringing additional children or guests, as our space cannot accommodate extra people.

Products must be returned to Sunbeam Studio within 2 weeks (14 days) of the time of purchase and must be more than halfway full in order to receive a full refund.

Sunbeam Studio is dog friendly! Dogs are allowed as long as the flow and experience of the salon for clients and stylists is not impacted. If a dog is being a distraction to their owner, to clients or to other stylists, the dog will not be able to be at the salon. No animals are allowed on any furniture in the salon.

Clients who receive permanent jewelry from Sunbeam Studio are solely responsible for the maintenance of their jewelry by taking reasonable care of the jewelry to prevent damage or deterioration. Any repairs to the jewelry's jump ring, if required, will incur a fee of $35 for each repair session. Sunbeam Studio does not repair or put on jewelry from other establishments.
